Justin Martin, CEO
Justin is a long-time Midlander who grew up in the Permian Basin. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and was part of Task Force Stallion during Operation Iraqi Freedom II. He’s been an outdoor enthusiast his entire life and is excited to share his passion for conservation, hunting, and the outdoors. He volunteered as the veteran coordinator at Trinity Oaks Permian Basin for two years. He is a husband, father of three, and proud grandfather of one.

Stephanie Martin
Stephanie, a native Texan, made West Texas her home in 2008. Since moving to the Permian Basin, she jumped into her passion for giving back to her community. She is excited about the opportunity to use her love and passion for the outdoors and wildlife. She has worked in the nonprofit world since 2007. She has served several organizations across the community, including Trinity Oaks Permian Basin, Midland County Fair, Midland Parks & Recreation Commission, Leadership Midland, Star Spangled Salute, and Senior Corps Advisory Council. She is a proud wife, mom, and grandmother.
